Class Description:
Have you ever thought about trying weaving but weren’t sure where to start? Come learn about inkle weaving!
Inkle weaving is used to craft bands of trim or tapes which can be used for a variety of purposes. This class will focus on modern inkle loom anatomy, pattern creation, loom setup, and how to weave an inkle band.
Message for Top of Class
While people are welcome to warp along should they so wish, there may not be time to troubleshoot issues. The focus of this class is to impart practical knowledge on how to set up an inkle loom. If there is interest I can host a loom warping meeting with the express purpose of individuals ending with a warped loom.
